AI 幫我重新發現「生活中的小確幸」
退休之後，我發現生活的節奏慢了下來，反而更能細細品味那些平凡的片刻。最近，我開始用 AI 來幫我記錄這些「小確幸」——那杯早晨的咖啡、一場夕陽散步、一張孫子的笑臉。AI 不只是工具，它更像一位默默傾聽的朋友，陪我重新認識日常生活的溫度。
我使用 AI 筆記助手，把每天的照片和文字記錄整理成「每日幸福日誌」。AI 會自動幫我加上日期、心情標籤，甚至幫我生成短句：「今天的陽光像微笑一樣溫柔。」有時我會笑著想，這 AI 好像比我還會表達感情。
透過這樣的練習，我學到兩件事。
第一，AI 讓我更容易珍惜生活中微小的美好。它提醒我：幸福其實就在眼前，不必遠求。
第二，AI 讓我更了解自己。當我回顧日誌時，能清楚看到自己在不同季節、不同心境下的變化，這比任何心理測驗都更真實。
我相信，AI 不只是「冷冰冰的科技」，而是一個可以幫助銀髮族「重新愛上生活」的夥伴。它讓我們更會觀察、更懂得表達，也更願意分享。
原來，科技與溫度，可以並存。

Theme: How AI Helps Me Rediscover the Joy in Everyday Life
After retirement, life slowed down — but that gave me the chance to truly see and feel the little moments that make each day special. Recently, I started using AI to capture these “small joys” — a warm cup of coffee in the morning, a golden sunset walk, or my grandchild’s laughter. AI is no longer just a tool; it has become a quiet companion that helps me notice life’s gentle beauty.
I use an AI note app to create a “Daily Happiness Journal.” It organizes my photos, captions, and moods automatically. Sometimes it even writes poetic lines like, “The sunlight today feels like a smile.” I can’t help but laugh — AI can be unexpectedly emotional!
Through this practice, I’ve learned two valuable lessons:

AI helps me appreciate the little blessings in life. Happiness often hides in simple moments we tend to overlook.

AI helps me understand myself better. Looking back through my entries, I can see how my emotions and perspectives shift with time — more clearly than any self-assessment test.
To me, AI is not a cold machine; it’s a bridge that connects technology with emotion. It helps us seniors rediscover curiosity, express ourselves more deeply, and find joy in sharing again. Indeed, warmth and technology can coexist beautifully.
